sunshowerdandelion | Day 138.1: Floridity

I've made things very florid and gone through 4 drafts, but the writing still feels wrong to me. Maybe I need to leave it for a while and work on the next scenes. I think I've done most the things I set out to do. I'm sure the flowering dream will continue to flower, I'll just have to move to the next scene.

I definitely feel a little tired, which is good. I interpret that as me actually trying my best to write, concentrating all my energies. Similarly, I'm reading Winter Love and feeling quite a bit embarrassed because my prose isn't that sterling-clear. I'll get there, however.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try a super stripped down version...
