Day 164.3: Jetting Off

I'm rocketing into sci-fi, into something more visibly grand and strange and illustrated like those 1950s sci-fi books: Radiance, by Catherynne M. Valente. The opening itself (which is very consciously an Opening, or Prologue) is already making me giddy. Yes, yes, for a moment.
