Yes, I did write more of the disconnected snippet...
but I also closed it off and it's now a fairly neat little snippet. I'm happy-ish with it! I'm thinking in the future, I'll plant these snippets and let them grow into full chapters (fingers crossed). I'm also still fairly sleepy for some reason.
