24.01.2026 (1): Distracted by Writing

sunshowerdandelionI've been very much distracted by writing. I should be reading more of Summerwater, but instead I took a detour through Alice Munro, through Tricks and then Carried Away and planning for my new story. I've been working on my original short story about queer people, and as usual, drafting a new story has been exhilarating. I intend to trust my method on this one. I also intend to work on writing techniques again... fingers crossed.
