Day 43.1: Swept By Work

Another 12-hour day. I swear overwork deadens my ability to restrict my worst instincts, and that usually leads me to hours of being listlessly distracted. I don't think there is a willpower way out of this: I must simply rest. Today I rested a little by doing nothing much as soon as I got home, and this has done wonders.

Also I wrote a small scene about Seiran and her bad voice (telepathically). There was no return of my anxieties today though I did obsess over a gory image.
