People are using loudspeakers inappropriately! Everything is loud! The rain is loud! People's voices are loud! I can't read Summerwater even though it's such a great book! Maybe I should stop taking notes about it? I'm not sure.

I broke open a new chapter today, and blistered my hands trying to think of ways to edit my old nemesis: the Alice at 4 am fic.
