Day 176.2: Not As Well As I Hoped

I did start on We Were the Mulvaneys, and watched Eve's Bayou (really great film), but I felt I could've done a lot more, been a lot more focused. But that's really how things always are, and I should be happy I did anything at all. And I am.

• Today did not turn out as well as I hoped. I blame a lack of sleep due to 2 consecutive days of overtime (esp yesterday). As a result I spent a lot of time just futzing around or gaming or getting distracted. I've been told this is called Akrasia, or a tendency to act against my own better judgment. Of all the strange things I did, I spent some hours cleaning my bike and pumping up the tires.
• I did spend some time reading, hooray.
• I did spend some time writing as well, but idk why the rhythm eludes me today.
