I don't have the thought-stillness I need to properly write or read. I have to go out-of-town to work this week, and I've just been trying to prepare for that - I definitely need to be more resilient to changes of circumstance, since I think I will be at the wrong end of them constantly, for some time... Whenever there's a slight change of circumstance I always struggle to read and write, and that's not good.
