sunshowerdandelionMost of today was - honestly - spent setting up dates. I like dating but gosh I wish there wasn't the expectation of anything at the end. I just want friends at this point in life. I did write a little, in the end, but I did a lot more close reading of James Joyce and a little more of The Last of Her Kind. In the latter reading I came up to the rape scene and gosh that was horrid.
One major thing I did today was write my notes on the stuff I'm reading in a little notebook. I think it's a nice way to remember things, and a nice way to think.
