11.01.2025 (2): Straying

These past three days, I've mostly strayed into scribbling words for my original fiction. I say 'strayed' because, as usual, as is my bad habit, I'm writing without a plan, and though there's some good prose in what I'm writing, I'm still straying. I should work on Alice. I had some ideas about Alice today, which is great, and I felt that thrill of wanting to express them, which is even better... but in the evening, I decided to finish My Year... first and so didn't really get around to those ideas. Tomorrow though!
